Inspirare - Looking & Breathing in

Only after the last tree has been cut down. Only after the last river has been poisoned. Only after the last fish has been caught, only then will you find that money cannot be eaten. – Cree Indian Prophecy

Doesn't this quote send alarms to our ears. Listening to all the news, information, at times makes me feel overwhelmed, anxious and also helplessness sets in being a citizen of this earth. What have we come to and what have we done to Mother Nature. She silently bore everything that we did to her and now just exploded cause she couldn't tolerate or take it any more.

Australian Bush Fires was a big alarm and then came this COVID. 2020 has started quite a bang with the major issues that is screaming at us and asking us to be mindful all-round.

Most of us have been asked to stay at home and continue our work. Be grateful we guys are the privileged lot.

There are people am seeing around who have lost their livelihoods being in small businesses, daily wage based workers. If possible and if you are in a position try helping them out but social distancing is a must looking at the grim facts about the virus. You can buy them some provisions that might keep them going, any medicines that they would need, something to help their survival.

Don't hoard every one is part of the same family living on this earth. Don't be greedy and buy everything on the Departmental store shelves.

Don't crib that you have been confined to the four corner of the home. Take time to introspect on things that went well and how to better things that went okayish.

Being caring and helpful to the elderly. Check upon them and get them things that they might want. Currently they are the most vulnerable lot. So are the kids. Everyone stay safe.

  2. Well written. Everything happens for a reason, though this is little too much we can chose to see good side in it. It increases family time, inner work, home cooked meals, reduces excess spending and but what we need and not what we want etc
